What began as Richard Salter Interiors, founded by Richard and Diane Salter in the early 1980s, has been reimagined for a new generation, carrying forward the same commitment to exceptional design, timeless sophistication, and enduring quality that defined her parents' celebrated practice. For Alexa, interior design is more than a profession; it is a craft passed down, refined, and deeply understood, a legacy inherited through years of absorbing not only the technical mastery of design, but also the values that underpin it.

After nearly a decade in London, where she worked at some of England's most prestigious interior design firms, Alexa expanded her expertise across luxury residences in Europe, Los Angeles, and Miami. This immersive international experience shaped her perspective, allowing her to balance the classical elegance she grew up with alongside a more contemporary, globally informed sensibility that would define her approach upon returning home.
Today, Alexa Salter Interiors honours the knowledge, craftsmanship, and refined aesthetic passed down from her parents, while bringing a fresh vision to modern luxury living.
